Cutover Manager

SAP Technical Cutover Manager Take your career to new heights with a challenging role that demands technical expertise and strategic thinking. We're looking for an experienced professional who can lead the way in transforming our business processes through the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure. This is a unique opportunity to work on a complex project that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA. Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements. Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare. Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards. Key Skills: Proven experience in leading technical projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
