Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR and Operations team as a People Manager. This role is crucial in building and scaling our human resources functions across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with various applications, including Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, and Notion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential human resources support to our team members and clients, executing people initiatives, delivering excellent internal customer service, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Working closely with the LATAM HR team, contributing to the company's strategy, and attending regular meetings. Developing and implementing different HR initiatives for the region. Collaborating with employees to identify and resolve conflicts, maintaining a positive work environment. The successful candidate will also be flexible, adaptable to changing workload, and able to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
