Full-Stack Healthcare AI Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team and help build a cutting-edge healthcare AI platform. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing. Our platform is designed to help medical practices capture revenue and improve care. We are looking for someone with a strong background in software development, data modeling, and infrastructure architecture. Key Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack platform components, including backend services, data flows, and modern frontends. Develop AI-driven features for clinical and financial data. Architect scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS. Implement clean, observable data flows for ML/LLMs. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong programming skills in any modern language. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. Experience building platform or product from scratch. SQL and data modeling skills. Experience with streaming, queues, or event-driven systems.
