Product Information Specialist

We are recognized leaders in software and services for master data, product information, digital assets, and content syndication and analytics across industries including grocery, foodservice, hardlines, home improvement, oil & gas, pet, health and beauty, automotive, apparel, and healthcare products. We serve the industry's largest two-sided network, connecting more than 50,000 global users across 12,000+ global brands with more than 1,750 global retailers. We deliver rich, accurate product content that helps consumers shop online with confidence, and helps brands and retailers operate efficient product supply chains. Candidates must be located in Joinville, Santa Catarina. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret product packaging information and enter it into our technology platform Ensure all data follows predefined guidelines and models Audit content created by team members and third-party contributors for accuracy Validate and correct information before manufacturer approval Communicate with customers to provide guidance and request approval of finalized content Requirements Completed secondary education required; higher education (in progress or completed) is a plus Technical Skills: Comfortable with Windows systems and Microsoft Office tools Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and clear communication skills Experience: No prior experience required—we'll provide training Ability to work in-person at our Joinville office, 5 days a week.
