Customer Service Representative

**Customer Service Representative Role** This position involves working closely with installers to resolve any technical issues they may encounter during the installation process. In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for delivering product training sessions to our distributors and installers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to installers via online channels Deliver product training sessions to distributors and installers Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations Register daily service work orders in our system and track progress Requirements: Familiarity with Portuguese language Able to learn and adapt quickly If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
