Vaccines Clinical Project Manager

Job Overview As a seasoned Clinical Project Manager for Vaccines in LATAM, your core responsibilities will involve ensuring regulatory compliance while having a strong understanding of RA/MOH requirements and protocol implementation across regions. You will oversee project planning, execution, and closure within scope, time, and budget, build timelines, manage risks, resources, and milestones. You will also be responsible for overseeing budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change control, leading cross-functional teams (Clinical, Epi, DM, Stats, Reg, PVG) and fostering collaboration and accountability. Your role requires clear communication with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable steps. Anticipating issues, developing mitigation strategies, and adapting to regulatory or operational changes is essential. Key Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience as a clinical PM Strong knowledge of regulatory/GEP and RA/MOH requirements Ability to interpret protocols across regions End-to-end project delivery; risk, resource & milestone management Study plan development; proficient with project management tools Burn-rate monitoring & scope control CLEAR stakeholder communication & actionable guidance Risk anticipation, adaptability & solution-oriented approach
