Freelance Commercial Liaison

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Contracting Manager to develop strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contract renewal conditions. Negotiate contract renewal conditions such as rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policy. Monitor the performance of each hotel working closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability. Act as the face-to-face key point contact for experienced suppliers and develop excellent relationships. Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating the most suitable solution. Ensure the supplier has a clear understanding of our value proposition and marketing tools. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel or activities industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
