The role of a Customer Success Specialist in Life Sciences involves collaborating with professors at leading universities to integrate educational video content into their courses, ensuring users get the most value from their subscription. Key responsibilities include conducting daily outreach via calls and emails, increasing product adoption through awareness sessions, growing engagement and usage through presentations, and influencing product decisions by communicating customer feedback. To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines, 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, fluent English communication skills, knowledge of education trends, and strong interpersonal skills.
