About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Operations Professional to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to leverage their expertise in the high-end tourism sector. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should also be organized, responsible, and customer-focused, with a genuine passion for travel and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute bespoke luxury itineraries for international clients; Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand business; Actively prospect new international clients and develop strategic partnerships; Coordinate bookings, issue airline tickets, and manage ground services; Provide multilingual customer support, ensuring seamless experiences for clients. Requirements To succeed in this role, candidates must have: A university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, Business, or a related field; Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or the tourism sector, with a strong understanding of Brazilian destinations and luxury travel trends; Excellent communication, sales posture, and negotiation skills; Bilingual English (spoken and written), with additional languages a plus; Strong organization, responsibility, and client-experience orientation.
