Job Overview As a Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for a defined portfolio of activities within a specific geographic area. Responsibilities Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the most competitive rates for our company. Monitor supplier performance and work closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability. Act as the key point contact for experienced suppliers and develop excellent relationships. Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints. Ensure suppliers understand our value proposition and marketing tools to optimize contract income. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel industry. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Languages: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish additional languages are a plus. Why Join Us?
