Sales Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with mid-to-large-sized enterprises in Brazil. You will leverage your professional network to secure meetings with key decision-makers and present IDP's services effectively using sales materials and pitch decks. Your primary objective will be to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless execution of all stages. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology, outsourcing/body shop, or recruitment/BPO services sectors. Familiarity with recognized staffing firms is highly valued. A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential. Bonus Skills: Demonstrated expertise in developing strategic partnerships and leveraging them to drive business growth. Possession of excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
