Unlock Success in Life Sciences We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. About the Role You will play a key role in ensuring users get the most value from their subscription. You will work closely with professors at leading universities to integrate educational resources into their courses. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute daily outreach plans via calls, emails, and demos to set up integrations and increase product usage. Increase adoption by delivering product awareness sessions across existing customer universities and research institutes. Grow engagement and usage by delivering presentations at conferences, university seminars, and onsite visits. Strengthen subscription renewal outcomes by providing seamless implementation support and consistent usage of resources. Influence product decisions by communicating customer feedback to relevant teams. Requirements A Master's degree or PhD in a Life Science discipline. 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles. Fluent English communication skills. Knowledge of education trends and challenges in assigned content areas. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building.
