Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong project coordination abilities, and excellent client communication skills. Daily Task Coordination: Organize and manage daily schedules for field technicians. Communicate with internal teams and clients to align on schedules, updates, and service requirements. Oversee and coordinate the execution of tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results. Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing technical issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot access control systems, thermostats, energy monitoring systems, sensors, and other smart devices. Provide real-time support via video calls, guiding clients through device instructions. Dispatch and coordinate on-call technicians for urgent service requests. Key Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional Organizational Skills, Strong Project Coordination, Excellent Client Communication, Willingness to Learn, Technical Aptitude, Language Proficiency (Fluent in Portuguese and English).
