Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Network & Security Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in network design, administration, and security operations, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure. This role involves leading root-cause analysis for major network or security incidents, developing and maintaining network addressing plans, and overseeing vulnerability remediation activities. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for integrating security device logs into SIEM systems, coordinating with SOC teams for event correlation and incident escalation, and performing periodic configuration audits. The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, and firewall management across multi-vendor environments, as well as hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and SIEM platforms. They will also have a deep understanding of network availability, latency, and performance metrics, and proficiency in network troubleshooting using packet-capture and analysis tools.
