Estamos apoiando um cliente global do setor financeiro em uma grande transformação de dados e analytics , migrando seus sistemas on-premise (Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau) para a nuvem AWS . Buscamos um AWS Developer com visão end-to-end — alguém que domine data pipelines, automação e arquitetura de dados em AWS — para atuar em um time multicultural com profissionais do Brasil, Índia e América do Norte. Principais Responsabilidades Apoiar a migração de plataformas Oracle/BI (OBIEE, ThoughtSpot, Tableau) para a AWS; Desenvolver e manter data pipelines , ETL/ELT processes e data lakes em AWS; Implementar soluções com AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR e Lambda ; Criar e otimizar scripts em Python / PySpark para automação e transformação de dados; Projetar e manter modelos de dados (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Vault, Star Schema) ; Garantir qualidade, performance e governança nas camadas de dados; Colaborar com times de BI e Data Science , garantindo consistência e escalabilidade das soluções; Trabalhar com infraestrutura como código (IaC) e CI/CD pipelines ; Participar de design discussions e revisões técnicas com times globais. Requisitos Técnicos Experiência sólida em AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch); Conhecimento em Python e PySpark (obrigatório); Vivência com ETL/ELT, Data Lake, Data Warehouse e Data Lakehouse concepts ; Experiência com migração de dados on-premise (Oracle, SAS, etc.) para AWS ; Conhecimento em ferramentas de orquestração (Airflow, Step Functions, Data Factory ou similares); Entendimento de modelagem de dados (Star Schema, Data Vault); Experiência com ferramentas de BI/reporting (OBIEE, Tableau, ThoughtSpot – diferencial); Desejável conhecimento em ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) ; Experiência com Terraform / CloudFormation (IaC); Inglês avançado para interação com time global. Perfil Ideal "Hands-on" e curioso, com mentalidade de otimização e automação ; Forte base em engenharia de dados e cloud architecture ; Capacidade de comunicar conceitos técnicos em inglês de forma clara; Interesse por ambientes financeiros, governança e qualidade de dados ; Proativo em propor melhorias e boas práticas AWS.
