Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the evaluation and optimisation of our client's complex CRM ecosystem. This role will involve assessing the current Dynamics 365 CE architecture, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing strategies to simplify the system and reduce technical debt. The ideal candidate will have expertise in evaluating customisations, entity models, and configuration, as well as experience with integrations including Dataverse OData APIs, Outbound Event Messages, and ESB. A successful outcome will include the development of a comprehensive roadmap for long-term transformation, complete with recommendations for data governance, integration patterns, and automation improvements. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the current Dynamics 365 CE architecture and identify sources of complexity, performance bottlenecks, and fragility Assess integrations including Dataverse OData APIs, Outbound Event Messages, and ESB Analyse data flows, reconciliation challenges, and environment promotion processes Propose robust data governance and integration patterns Assess Azure DevOps pipelines and multi-environment deployment practices Recommend automation improvements for deployment reliability Review managed service framework and suggest future support models Develop a comprehensive roadmap for long-term transformation
