About the Role:
We're seeking an expert Google Ads Specialist who can manage multiple accounts, optimize campaign performance, and ensure client satisfaction. If you thrive on turning data into actionable insights and driving measurable results, we want you on our team.
Core Responsibilities:
Account Management & Strategy
- Strategize and manage the entirety of 20 or more Google Ads accounts at a single given time
- Conduct thorough account audits and develop comprehensive three-month optimization plans
- Revitalize underperforming accounts to achieve client goals
Performance Optimization
- Implement and manage conversion tracking for e-commerce and lead-generation accounts
- Utilize advanced PPC strategies, including automated bidding and audience targeting
- Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve ROI
Client Communication & Reporting
- Manage client relationships professionally, including handling challenging situations
- Communicate complex data insights to clients, CMOs, and team members
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and various CRMs for in-depth analysis
- Identify trends and opportunities across accounts to drive performance improvements
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Previous agency experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English (C1-C2)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques for e-commerce and lead-generation accounts
