Backend Engineering Role We are seeking talented engineers to help expand a global Campaign Management Platform. This mission-critical team builds the foundation that powers the advertising ecosystem, ensuring reliability, performance, and a seamless developer experience. Design and maintain scalable backend services for a global ad platform. Own critical infrastructure across Python, Go, and Kafka ecosystems. Architect APIs and data models used company-wide. Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational tools for mission-critical systems. Key Requirements: 5+ years building scalable backend systems in production. Strong experience with Python and/or Go. Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design. Experience with AWS or GCP and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices. Preferred Qualifications: Passion for code quality, testing frameworks, and developer tooling. Experience in Ad Tech or Developer Platforms.
