We are seeking a seasoned Web Experience Manager to spearhead our team of skilled specialists. As the final pair of eyes on work before it goes live, you will rigorously review completed pages daily, scrutinizing typography choices, image selection, visual hierarchy, spacing, mobile responsiveness, and conversion optimization. Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience managing creative or production teams in digital marketing, agency, or web design environments with a proven track record of maintaining design excellence at scale. They should have a deep understanding of WordPress, including Gutenberg, Elementor, WP Bakery, and other page builders. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Design quality obsession: Personally review completed pages daily for excellence Active inspection mindset: Review actual work daily, providing specific feedback, and catching quality issues before they reach clients Hands-on leadership: Manage up to 15 Web Production Specialists to see design through their eyes Design system creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive visual guidelines that scale your judgment across the team This role offers a unique opportunity to drive design excellence and lead a team of talented specialists.
