Appian-Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Appian developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and architects, to gather requirements and analyze business needs.

• Design and develop Appian solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and high-quality deliverables.

• Lead the technical implementation of Appian applications, including process models, records, reports, and user interfaces.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards, design principles, and security considerations.

• Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the developed applications.

• Assess risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues or project delays.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian with other enterprise systems and technologies.

• Stay updated with the latest Appian features, releases, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for improving development practices and processes.

• Train and mentor team members, promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Appian developer, with at least 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead or similar role.

• Strong understanding of the Appian platform and its capabilities, including Appian Designer, Expression Language, SAIL, and Appian APIs.

• Expertise in designing and implementing Appian solutions, including process flows, data structures, user interfaces, and integrations.

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Appian L1, and L2 certifications will be an added advantage.
