Job Overview This position requires a professional to deliver technical solutions for inverters, develop training programs and conduct market research. Main Responsibilities: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for inverter products; Organize in-house training sessions for sales and marketing teams; Design and deliver technical workshops at customer sites; Support the sales team in expanding regional distribution networks; Conduct market studies and gather feedback from customers; Troubleshoot solar inverters and resolve any issues that may arise; Create user manuals and technical documentation.
