About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing sales activities from the office, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the field sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, pricing, and availability.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, distributors, and the sales team to support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the technology or security industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
