Cloud Field Service Expert We are seeking a skilled professional to support the design, configuration, and optimization of our field service operations using Oracle Cloud Field Service. Main Responsibilities: Configure OFS Modules: Configure Oracle Field Service modules including capacity, activity management, work order orchestration, routing plans, and mobility experiences. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional and technical solutions. Integrate OFS with Other Applications: Integrate OFS with other Oracle cloud applications, especially Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Key Skills & Qualifications Hands-on Experience in OFS: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS).
