Analytics Professional As a crucial team member within Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing impactful datasets that meet business objectives. This entails analyzing marketing event data, proposing platform enhancements, and optimizing data management. Responsibilities: Support the AdOps team as an expert in paid marketing tech. Analyze marketing event data to suggest platform improvements and enhance data administration. Construct data-sharing pipelines and integrations utilizing tools like SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Hive. Identify and optimize data sources while auditing data quality to boost campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to address dataset gaps and propose solutions. Validate technical implementations and ensure cross-functional alignment. Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide requirements and data-sharing solutions. Work with vendor partners to ensure alignment with business goals. Troubleshoot issues by leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Take ownership of projects and demonstrate results in both collaborative and independent work. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing tech, data analytics, technical solutions, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or similar technical disciplines. Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, Hive, Spark, etc. Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA or Asana. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in support or service desk roles. Strong communication skills, especially explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners. Basic understanding of app and web tracking data for performance marketing.
