This is a hands-on role focused on fast iteration, great storytelling, and strong understanding of platform-native video styles. Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms. Add captions, text overlays, dynamic pacing, and styling. Produce multiple variations of each concept. Work with raw UGC footage from creators. Collaborate with the team to execute creative ideas. Organize files, maintain version control, and meet weekly output targets. Stay up-to-date with current trends, formats, and editing styles. Requirements: Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok/Reels. Strong proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar. Good sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual rhythm. Ability to produce content quickly and consistently. Portfolio of UGC-style or TikTok-style videos required. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with fast iteration. 1–3 years editing short-form content. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working with creators/influencers. Understanding of fitness/wellness content. Motion graphics or text animation skills. Basic understanding of social performance metrics.
