This position functions as the behind-the-scenes force that ensures the smooth operation of the sales engine, directly influencing revenue generation even without direct selling responsibilities. The work performed by Sales Operations Managers involves maintaining functional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, generating insightful reports, establishing efficient workflows, and analyzing performance data, all with the aim of enabling the sales team to concentrate on generating run rate and closing deals. Key Job Responsibilities Sales Process Optimization and Management. Data Management, Analytics, and Performance Reporting. Sales Forecasting and Strategic Planning.
