Job Summary As a Quality Assurance System Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our operations. Develop and implement a robust Quality Assurance system to monitor and improve performance metrics. Conduct regular audits and spot-checks to identify areas for improvement. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Track and analyze quality metrics to inform decision-making. Identify recurring errors and develop strategies to eliminate root causes. Hiring and Onboarding Design an efficient hiring funnel to attract top talent. Lead the recruitment process to hire new team members within the first 1-2 months. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure seamless onboarding. Automation and Technology Collaborate with the engineering team to automate quality checks and streamline processes. Work with developers to create clear requirements and tasks. Test and launch automation tools to enhance efficiency. Utilize AI and scripting to monitor and improve quality metrics. Team Management Distribute workload effectively among team members. Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate performance. Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly. Develop and maintain a positive team culture. People Development Coach underperforming team members to improve skills. Promote high-performing team members to leadership roles. Create internal career paths to foster growth opportunities. Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Standardize best practices to enhance consistency. Develop and maintain operations documentation. Address client complaints and eliminate root causes.
