Are you seeking an opportunity to join a prestigious IT development firm?

Well, look no further WebCreek is currently seeking a Senior Java API Backend Developer with over five years of experience in Software Development. This role offers a fully remote position in Latin America. 

What You'll Do

  • Review and analyze software business logic
  • Interpret and understand existing code
  • Develop APIs and RESTful web services using Java Spring
  • Create and maintain scripts for SQL Server and MySQL databases

What You Have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer
  • Strong technical background and senior-level expertise
  • 5+ years of experience with Java
  • Proficiency with the Spring framework for web application development
  • Strong proficiency in API development
  • Experience developing RESTful web services using Java Spring
  • Experience working with SQL Server and MySQL databases
  • Basic knowledge and experience with GitHub
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with unit tests would be a plus
