You’ll work directly with clients, manage their day-to-day financial operations, and leverage technology to deliver accurate, timely, and strategic bookkeeping support. What You'll Do Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for assigned clients, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. Maintain accurate financial data using QuickBooks or other cloud-based accounting tools. Prepare clear, insightful financial reports that help clients make better decisions. Communicate with clients and team members through Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Use Financial Cents to track projects, deliverables, and timelines. Proactively identify ways to improve processes, automate tasks, and increase efficiency. Prepare necessary documentation and reports for internal and external audit processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Aerial Core’s quality expectations. What We're Looking For Fluent in English Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting Flexibility around working hours, with the understanding that some tasks may require availability during US business hours (mainly Pacific Time) Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment using digital tools.
