About the job:

DTX MRO is seeking an experienced PW100 Maintenance Mechanic to join our specialized engine maintenance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the disassembly, inspection, assembly, testing, and adjustment of PW100 series engines and their associated systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational safety, regulatory compliance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance on PW100 engines , including disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, and functional testing.
  • Execute work in accordance with OEM technical documentation (e.g., AMM, CMM, EMM, SBs) and ANAC regulations (RBAC 43 and 145).
  • Conduct maintenance on engine systems: fuel, ignition, lubrication, starting, and exhaust .
  • Ensure traceability and integrity of all components and work performed.
  • Accurately document all tasks in maintenance records and forms.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Adhere to GMP (Good Maintenance Practices) and internal quality procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid CHT certification issued by ANAC (Aeronautical Maintenance Technician – GMP Group).
  • Intermediate English , with ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in PW100 engine maintenance , including assembly and disassembly.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft engine systems and applicable regulations (RBAC 43 and 145).
  • Proficient in reading and applying OEM documentation (AMM, CMM, EMM, SBs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of metrology , balancing techniques , and Hot Section Inspections (HSI) .
  • Prior training or certifications from engine OEMs (e.g., Pratt & Whitney).
  • Familiarity with aviation quality systems and inspection processes.
