We are looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join us and play a key role in shaping the future of our software.

Job Overview:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer , you will lead the design of intuitive and beautiful user interfaces for our business software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to create seamless experiences for our users. In this role, you will apply your extensive experience in UI/UX design and strong graphic design skills to deliver high-quality, user-centered products. Experience with Figma is essential, and skills in Webflow are a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and user experience of business software applications from concept to launch.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs using Figma .
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, including usability testing and feedback sessions, to inform design decisions.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect visual designs and design systems that elevate the user experience.
  • Apply strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing and cohesive design assets (e.g., icons, illustrations, etc.).
  • (Bonus) Use Webflow to build responsive prototypes or production-ready web pages for certain projects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and products.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on business software applications.
  • Expertise in Figma for designing and prototyping complex interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for business applications.
  • Strong graphic design skills , with a solid portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Webflow for web design and development.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior designers or leading design projects.
