About Our Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with leadership to drive business decisions through data-driven insights. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and projection tools for sales, marketing, and inventory management. Analyze e-commerce and marketing data from various sources including Shopify and ads platforms. Identify trends in conversion rates, customer behavior, and retention. Provide clear and actionable recommendations to support business growth. Your Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with dashboard development and KPI tracking. Familiarity with AI automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable. Ecommerce or DTC experience is a plus. Ability to communicate complex insights effectively in English. Bonus points for Python programming skills and BI tool expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
