TransPerfect’s Marketing team is hiring a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Specialist to help supercharge the company’s digital marketing programs.

If that person is you, then you can expect to jump in with our existing digital team and play a key role in both content creation and execution of strategy for our paid and organic search efforts, ABM programs, email marketing, and web marketing to help our clients reach and succeed in global markets.

While TransPerfect is already the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business—with more than 7,500 worldwide employees and $1.1 billion in annual revenues across 120+ global locations—we’re still hungry for more. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and support lead generation and awareness campaigns for our life sciences offerings.

TransPerfect Life Sciences specializes in supporting the global development and commercialization of drugs, treatments, and devices designed to improve and save lives. Our comprehensive global content solutions include eTMF and eClinical technologies, paper TMF migration, pharmacovigilance and safety solutions, translation and language services, and call center support.

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 4 years of previous experience in digital marketing—not just executing but strategizing, planning, and then delivering results. Our team at TransPerfect is lean, which means you’ll get the opportunity to wear many hats and impact many areas. When we talk about your candidacy here, please expect to share how you’ve been able to succeed across multiple areas of the digital marketing spectrum.

This is a thinking and doing position. Everyone gets their hands dirty at TransPerfect. When you own a project, you own it from start to finish. We have resources and vendor partners that help and for whom you will be responsible, but you have the responsibility to ensure that things are done right, and you get the credit at the end when you deliver results.

And those results need to be reported on–you are accountable for successes and how to build on them, as well as for failures and how to learn from them. Success in this role depends on your ability to accurately and reliably report on KPIs and pivot our strategy in response to them.

This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimizing digital strategies to drive SQLs with a laser focus on revenue impact
  • Paid and organic search – working with and assisting in managing vendor partners and internal resources
  • Email strategy and execution – working collaboratively to build nurture campaigns and templates for sales enablement
  • Campaign content creation and execution – thinking and doing
  • Data-driven reporting – what good are results without sharing them clearly and concisely?
  • Lead and demand generation – bringing in verifiable new leads
  • ABM – creating, tuning, and deploying successful programs
  • Social media – helping to ensure that it’s more than just for show
  • Globalizing – overseeing the localization of campaigns and programs for other regions, countries, and markets
  • Analyzing – regularly reviewing campaign performance with an emphasis on SQL and revenue ROI

Requirements:

3–4 years of previous experience in a digital marketing role with a strong preference for candidates experienced in a B2B or agency environment

Must be able to demonstrate quantifiable success in previous digital marketing efforts

Reliably works independently to complete tasks and asks for help from managers, peers, or other resources when appropriate

Ability to manage multiple concurrent strategies across different verticals and channels

High-level communication (written and verbal) skills in English

Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines

Travel – 10%

Education/Certification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with a preference for Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fieldsTransPerfect’s Marketing team is hiring a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Specialist to help supercharge the company’s digital marketing programs.
