We are looking for a Senior Data Administrator who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid (with the possibility of 100% remote) , in the city of Londrina. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Main Responsibilities ● Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain relational and multidimensional data models to meet the requirements of transactional (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP/Data Warehouse) systems. ● Metadata Management: Manage the data catalog, defining business concepts, maintaining data lineage, and ensuring that metadata is clear and accessible. ● Data Quality: Implement and monitor data quality rules, identify anomalies, and collaborate with business and development teams to correct inconsistencies. ● Data Governance: Support the creation, curation, and evolution of best practice guides and standards for data modeling and integration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations such as the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). ● Implementation and Curation: Create and curate physical data models in databases, ensuring that the implementation is aligned with the logical design. ● Technical Collaboration: Act as a point of reference for development, BI, and data science teams, offering support and expertise on issues related to data structure and access. Nice to Have: ● Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to data projects (Data Ops). ● Knowledge of other data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation). ● Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially with database and data lake services. ● Advanced or fluent English for collaboration with global teams. ● Previous experience in the company's sector (e.g., finance, retail, industry). JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSITION * DESIRABLE Education Experience Minimum Education and Experience ● Education: Completed and proven higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. Short courses or predominantly online courses will not be considered as primary education. ● Experience: Minimum of 6 years of market experience, working directly with data modeling, administration, and governance. ● Professional Stability: Average of 2 years of tenure in previous jobs, according to resume history. Certifications (Desirable) ● At least one active certification, such as: ○ DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) - Associate or Practitioner level. ○ Certification in specific tools (e.g., Informatica, Oracle). Technical Skills Technical Skills (Hard Skills) ● Proficiency in relational (3 NF) and dimensional (Star Schema, Snowflake) data modeling. ● Proven experience with data modeling tools, preferably Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler. ● Solid knowledge of Data Governance tools for Catalog, Lineage, and Quality, preferably the Informatica suite (IDMC/Axon/EDC). ● In-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and its application in data architectures. ● Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, manipulation, and validation. ● Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Marts, and Business Intelligence concepts. Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) ● Analytical Vision: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. ● Assertive Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical and business). ● Organization and Focus: Discipline to manage multiple projects and priorities autonomously. ● Profile >>> What do we offer?
