Financial Operations Specialist The role of the Financial Operations Specialist is vital in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across our international finance team. Perform and review complex transaction reconciliations in QuickBooks Online; identify and resolve discrepancies independently. Classify and code complex transactions accurately, including accruals, prepaids, and multi-department allocations in compliance with accounting standards. Key qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, a strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles, excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and strong communication skills for working with various departments and external contacts. Our ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in financial operations, with experience in managing financial data and systems. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
