Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) Job Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ADMS solutions to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ADMS solutions align with organizational goals and requirements. Evaluate and enhance ADMS capabilities, ensuring high availability and performance. Lead the deployment of new ADMS systems and upgrades to improve system functionality and performance. Oversee the planning, execution, and testing of ADMS deployments and upgrades, minimizing disruption to operations. Ensure smooth transition to upgraded versions, following best practices and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues impacting system performance or functionality. Requirements: Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for ADMS deployment and defect resolution. Experience working in the utilities or energy management sectors. Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning for ADMS environments. Strong understanding of IT Systems & Digital Implementation Services. Proficiency in Unix, Windows systems, and Docker. Understanding of software analysis, design, and architecture. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable discipline from an accredited university. Experience with Linux, SQL, Python, and Jenkins. Ability to work independently and self-motivated. Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer-focused and team player. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Exposure to customer engagement. Expertise in ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems). Proven track record of successfully managing ADMS deployment and upgrades. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ADMS defects in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in setting up and managing ADMS replication groups for high availability and data consistency. Familiarity with distributed systems and data replication technologies. Solid understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders. ]]>
