Transformative Engineering Roles We are seeking visionary DevOps/Platform Engineers with a passion for high-scale SaaS platforms. This role is perfect for experts who thrive on problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration in a dynamic environment. Must-Have Skills: Strong experience with EKS/Kubernetes in production environments. Deep knowledge of MongoDB and Atlas (scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting). Proficiency in Python and/or Go programming languages. Fluency in Portuguese and English. Solid understanding of DevOps/SRE principles and real-world troubleshooting skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: MERN stack exposure (Mongo, Express, React, Node). Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform. Monitoring and Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki. Experience debugging database contention/concurrency at scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize architectures for reliability and scalability. Debug and resolve production issues quickly and systematically. Improve deployment speed and system observability. Collaborate across global time zones in a results-driven environment.
