Document Management Specialist As a key member of our engineering and project management teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of project documentation throughout its lifecycle. This involves establishing and maintaining document control systems, classifying and indexing documents with accurate metadata, monitoring workflows to ensure timely review and distribution, as well as performing quality checks on deliverables. Our ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of engineering documentation principles including P&IDs , PFLOW and vendor drawings. Additionally they should have hands-on experience working with EDMS/DMS platforms such as ACONEX or Oracle UNIFIER. We offer a dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration among team members who are passionate about innovation. You will have the opportunity to support audits while adhering to company QMS standards (ISO 9001). Your focus on continuous improvement will also drive cleanup efforts eliminating duplicate files while optimizing indexing retrieval.
