Job Title: Business Development Manager Overview of the Role: We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities in B2B environments. Main Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships with potential clients within the Oil & Gas sectors by leveraging effective communication skills. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and sales automation software. Create tailored solutions that meet client requirements through discovery calls and meetings. Evaluate industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay informed about market developments. PetroHire is an innovative outsourcing provider focused on finding talent for logistics and back-office roles in various industries. We seek someone who can expand our client base while fueling growth. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, technical proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM / Zoho ATS), Microsoft Office Suite Google Docs sale engagement platforms. We require at least 5+ years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the O&G sector especially where hands-on insights into logistical operations would be an added advantage
