As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes. Job Responsibilities: Scheduling Optimization: Develop and implement intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks to optimize delivery schedules and reduce costs. Supply Chain Resilience: Design and enhance resilience mechanisms to address and mitigate critical supply–demand imbalances. Performance Monitoring: Track real-time operational performance metrics (capacity utilization, SLA compliance, and attendance rates), identifying risks and driving proactive adjustments. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analysis to continuously refine scheduling algorithms, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
