Data Insights Professional Deliver actionable business intelligence by extracting insights from complex data sets. The primary goal is to analyze and present data-driven solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop tailored data strategies. Cleanse and transform data into meaningful formats, creating interactive visualizations to facilitate data-driven conversations. Present findings to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine data products. Develop and deploy data visualization tools, reports, and dashboards using advanced analytics techniques. Design and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and promote data literacy. Required Skills: At least 3 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions, analyzing, and visualizing complex data sets. Proven expertise in Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment. Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling principles. Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to delivering high-quality results. Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation. Experience with ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (desired). Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models (desired).
