Senior Language Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented linguist to support AI training initiatives and linguistic content creation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in linguistics and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication. You will play a crucial role in shaping the capabilities of large language models and NLP-based systems through high-quality linguistic data curation, annotation, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure, as well as experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training. Responsibilities include creating or editing linguistically-rich content, identifying and resolving issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality, performing quality assurance on model outputs, annotating linguistic datasets, and supporting internal teams by conducting linguistic research. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong writing, editing, and communication skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset. We require a C1 or C2 level of English proficiency to qualify for this position.
