Responsibilities include identifying emerging talent, posting casting calls, screening auditions, coordinating talent bookings, maintaining a casting database, and producing/directing content episodes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Monday.com, Google Suite, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure. Identify emerging talent through research and outreach efforts. Post casting calls on various platforms to attract suitable candidates. Screen auditions to select the most qualified candidates for each project. Coordinate talent bookings and manage scheduling to ensure timely delivery of content.
