Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies. Solve complex problems related to employees. Requirements Previous experience in similar positions within the HR field. Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America. Excellent communication skills. Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desired).
