Key responsabilities: -Coordinate the transportation and customs clearance of goods from the country of origin to our warehouse facilities. -Manage inbound and outbound operations of our 3PL, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. -Allocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windows. -Forecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding any potential delivery delays. -Establish and Monitor SLAs and ensure compliance with established performance metrics. -Provide world-class customer service to our clients, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns. -Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations. Must have: -You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. -You bring proven solid experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. -You can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -You have leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. -You understand import/export regulations and customs procedures well. -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
