Data Analyst We are seeking a skilled professional to leverage technology and drive business growth through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include supporting AdOps as a specialist in the paid marketing tech space, analyzing marketing event data to propose platform improvements and enhance data management, building data-sharing pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Hive, identifying and optimizing data sources while auditing data quality to improve campaign performance, collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to address dataset gaps and propose solutions, validating technical implementations and ensuring cross-functional alignment, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide requirements and data-sharing solutions, working with vendor partners to ensure alignment with goals, and troubleshooting issues by leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing tech, data analytics, technical solutions, or related roles, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a similar technical discipline, strong quantitative skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, Hive, Spark, etc., familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Asana, and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
