Scope of Work: Marketing Manager - Business Messaging Activations in Brazil

Objective:

The objective of this role is to support the operations of our business messaging marketing activations in Brazil and ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute events, webinars, campaigns and other marketing activities to promote our business messaging solutions in Brazil
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our activations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to guarantee a seamless execution of our marketing plans
  • Manage and track marketing budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for marketing activities in Brazil

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English

MUST HAVE

  • Program management
  • Communication skills – manage more stakeholders, work independently
  • Read and interpret reports and results – reports with ads agencies (surveys from the internal, product adoption, business survey’s, understand KPI’s)
  • Marketing activations – events, webinars, Campaigns
  • B2B experience / B2C campaigns
  • Has worked in tech industries before
