AI Sourcing Specialist Revilo is a recruitment agency that specializes in the AI-SaaS hiring space. They partner directly with early-stage, high-growth tech companies to build cutting-edge teams from scratch. Your Role Source and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles, mostly full-stack Python developers. Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, handling high volumes of roles and opportunities. Utilize best-in-class tools to drive sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement. Work towards aggressive hiring targets, with commission potential tied to performance. Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance, and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates. Requirements Excellent English communication skills. Proven experience in high-volume technical recruiting. Proficiency with sourcing platforms and modern recruiting technology stacks. Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously. A strong motivation to succeed, driven by reward-based compensation. The Opportunity Base salary: USD 2,500-3,000/month, plus uncapped commissions (top performers earn ~$2,000-$3,000/month). Fully remote role, work from anywhere.
