Senior Financial Analyst Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount analysis. Lead complex financial projects, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Provide expert financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred but not required). At least 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, and budgeting. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, and automation. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle required) and Hyperion reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
