Enterprise Systems Professional This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. The successful candidate will work closely with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments. The Enterprise Systems Professional will be responsible for: Designing, installing, configuring, and supporting systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory. Consulting with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures. Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments. Managing and resolving client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation. Tracking time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability. Reporting on project progress and participating in ongoing technical training and development. The ideal candidate will have: 3-4 years of experience in enterprise or managed service environments. 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365. A strong background in Intune and mobile device management. Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. A solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. A proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices. This is a fully remote position working US Central time hours.
